Based in Fitzgerald, Georgia, Whimsy House displays an array of historical items and antiques with an emphasis on Black history. We also feature classic Americana, recognizing how deeply the two are connected. Engaging community-focused events, including historical open mic storytelling, are a staple here. The historical wisdom of the Whimsy Houseâ„¢ welcomes you here to share and learn. Entry is free and by appointment only.

It is our mission to protect history, educate the public, and provide a safe space where our community can connect with the stories that shaped our great nation.
